Freedom and Support includes, 1) Arranging work time as wished, 2) 20% pay raise, 3) Freedom to choose work-time, 4) Exercise when desired, 5) Work-related training and 6) More supporting staff
High Morale includes, 1) Being respected, 2) Ability to live up to one’s potential, 3) Hearing lots of appreciation, 4) Clearly divided tasks and respect for those who do (what is needed), 5) Everyone clear on what is most important
Reduced Pressure includes, 1) Frequent breaks, 2) Unlimited access to coffee and snacks, 3) easy-listening music and 4) A place for relaxing
Open Communication includes, 1) Open-minded review after a project, 2) Free communication, 3) Freedom to talk back to boss when disagree and 4) Discussion before planning
This was created by a diverse group of highly experienced business people who gathered for two days for the Group Facilitation Methods (GFM) program of ICA Taiwan.
The participants used a full range of creativity to elicit the following images of what happiness would look like in the workplace.
